ORIGINS AND ETYMOLOGY

Astro-English: in Astronese, the noun scopeness is based on the term scope through the adjoining of the suffix -ness denoting a a quality of a person, meaning “to have scope” and this is applied in relation to humanity; essentially, that humanity has much scope whether it harnesses this scope or not.
